Pokemon Go event end date COUNTDOWN: Here’s when Halloween 2017 bonuses disappear

Pokemon Go’s Halloween 2017 event is coming to an end soon.

The Halloween 2017 event has been given a November 2 end date, which means fans have just a few more hours to reap the rewards.

The exact time is yet to be revealed, but previous Pokemon Go events have tended to end at around 9pm UK time.

Niantic is remaining tight lipped about the end time, telling fans that they didn’t have long left to enjoy the event.

“Don’t be spooked, Trainers, but you only have one more day to catch the limited-time #PokemonGOHalloween Pikachu.”

Spooky Pokemon like Gastly, Drowzee and Cubone spawn more regularly for the duration of the event.

Likewise, the Halloween 2017 event coincided with the release of Gen 3 Pokemon like Sableye and Banette.

While these Pokemon will remain in the game, they won’t appear as frequently.

Other bonuses include double candy for catching, hatching and transferring Pokemon, while Buddy Pokemon will find candy faster.

Interestingly, two new have been discovered during the Pokemon Go Halloween event.

Both Shuppet and Banette are now available in the wild, sporting new colour schemes.

It should be noted that a normal Shuppet is covered by a grey cloth, while the shiny sports a light grey colour scheme. A normal Banette is dark grey, while the shiny version is more of a teal colour.

Both are available at a higher spawn rate during the Pokemon Go Halloween event, so now is the time to catch these rare Pokemon variants.
