LeBron James MOCKED after Cavaliers continue downward spiral with Knicks defeat

Cleveland are now 3-4 for the season with defeat to the Knicks coming after losses to the Orlando Magic, Brooklyn Nets and New Orleans Pelicans.

Their loss to the Knicks ends a 10-game win streak against New York and come the final whistle, the crowd inside the Quicken Loans Arena booed their team off the court.

But the criticism went far beyond the stadium with fans taking to Twitter to vent their anger at the latest poor result.

One post read: “@KingJames you’re my favourite player ever, but when are u going to realize that u HAVE to lead the team in scoring to win?? They can’t do it.”

Another supporter was more damning when they said: “The New York Knicks just blew out the Cavs 114-95. LeBron James is officially overrated and he’s a delusional bum.”

And some fans noticed James swiftly exited the court, opting against waiting to shake the hands of the Knicks players.

“F*** the @cavs players for leaving the bench early and not shaking hands. Sore a** losers. What no flip cup tonight fellas? @KingJames,” one post read.

The Cavaliers’ recent form will not help dispell rumours linking James with a move away from Cleveland at the end of the season.

The four-time MVP becomes a free agent in 2018 and speculation has been rife that he will end up at the Los Angeles Lakers.

And it is officially the worst start a team with James has had since his rookie season in Cleveland 14 years ago when the Cavaliers started 2-5 that campaign.
