Partially made up of new Games with Gold November 2017 titles, the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility program saw a sizeable boost this week.
Xbox 360’s Deadfall Adventures is now available to play on your Xbox One, and if you haven’t made it part of your digital library, you’ll soon have the chance.
“Become an adventurer, travel the world, and hunt for treasure in Deadfall Adventures. The year is 1938, and you’re James Lee Quatermain, son of the renowned adventurer, escorting Agent Jennifer Goodwin to recover an ancient artifact in an Egyptian temple.
“In this first-person action-adventure game, immerse yourself in the lost world of Mayan ruins, forbidden cities and the deserts of Egypt.”
November 16 sees it go live as part of Games with Gold, and it wasn’t the only title to be revealed this week.

vCard.red is a free platform for creating a mobile-friendly digital business cards. You can easily create a vCard and generate a QR code for it, allowing others to scan and save your contact details instantly.
The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.
Mutant Storm Reloaded is another Arcade title made available via Backwards Compatibility, and can also be installed via the original disc.
If Arcade games are your thing, Microsoft also added 0 Day Attack on Earth, Girl Fight, and Yosumin Live to its BC collection this week.
The five new Xbox 360 games follow the launch of a big group of Original Xbox titles that were also added to the library this week.
Original Xbox games were made playable on Xbox One from October 24, as part of the next major Backwards Compatibility update.
Confirming an earlier leak, a grand total of 13 original Xbox classics went live, including Ninja Gaiden Black, Knights of the Old Republic and Prince of Persia Sands of Time.
You can access the games by inserting the original discs and waiting for the titles to install.
Likewise, many of the titles will be available to purchase from the Xbox store, which means you can download them directly to your Xbox One.
All of the original Xbox games have been enhanced to play at a resolution of 1080p.
Fans can also expect smoother frame rates and faster loading times.
The only drawback is that online multiplayer will no longer work, as many of the game servers have been closed down.
On the plus side, system link multiplayer is available across different Xbox systems.
