Tommy: Yet another fruitless and frustrating first half display. Not ruthless enough. Alvaro Morata needs to be more clinical in front of goal.

Zane: Ponderous s***, no intensity! We’re reliant on three players going forward. The team is dead. The rats are back at it again.

Beth: I really like the Lewis Cook and Andrew Surman partnership in midfield. Don very well so far.

BOURNEMOUTH 0-0 CHELSEA

HT: Referee Craig Pawson didn’t fancy playing any extra minutes. We’re 0-0 at the break here at Dean Court. Chelsea have been dominant throughout, but Begovic and some sloppy finishing have seen Eddie Howe’s side in level.

44: Chelsea continue to put it on but Begovic is having the game of his life to stop Morata, and cesc Fabregas who saw a close range effort deflected over.

40: Azpilicueta to the rescue! Bournemouth launch an attack down the right flank with Surman and Francis combining to send a cross into the six-yard box, where the Spanish defender is waiting to clear.

37: Great save Begovic. Hazard knocks it down for Morata, who spins Francis and sees his drilled effort blocked by Begovic. Quite incredible how Chelsea aren’t ahead.

34: Zappacosta’s teed up by Hazard, but Nathan Ake anticipates well and makes the block. It seems to be the right flank that Chelsea are getting their joy. Charlie Daniels needs some help.

31: Disallowed goal! Chelsea take a quick corner and Hazard curls it into the area. The ball breaks kindly for Morata, who sticks it home. The referee’s assistant flags for offside with Azpilicueta the culprit. Replays show he was slightly offside. Very good call.

28: What a miss. Eden Hazard puts it on a plate for Alvaro Morata after a dreadful clearance from Begovic, but the Spanish international inexplicably strokes it wide. A good couple of yards wide actually.

25: Eden Hazard’s scored four goals in three appearances against Bournemouth. A couple of slim chances for him so far, but things aren’t clicking between him and Alvaro Morata so far.

22: Hazard reaches the byline and sweeps it back to Morata, but the Spaniard is beaten at the near post. Begovic then collects the resulting corner.

21: Benik Afobe, Benik Afobe, still Benik Afobe… waste! The striker surges forward but plays a terrible pass to Charlie Daniels and the attack breaks down.

18: Chelsea look so comfortable. You’d have to say it’s a question of WHEN and not IF. Zappacosta gets behind his marker but former Chelsea defender Nathan Ake makes a last-ditch tackle.

15: I suppose you’d say the signs are a little worrying for Bournemouth. It’s early, but they don’t look like they’re equipped with the fire power to trouble Chelsea’s defence.

12: Pedro creates some space for himself with a burst of pace but his effort on his left flies well over the bar

9: Nice play from the visitors. Alvaro Morata knocks it down for Eden Hazard, who slips it to Cesc Fabregas. The Spaniard, still reeling from England’s Under-17s giving Spain a battering, tamely shoots at Simon Francis.

6: It’s all a bit cat and mouse here at Dean Court. Nobody’s been able to retain possession for any length of time or create anything noteworthy.

I should also mention that the clocks go back tonight. It’s the good one where you get an extra hours sleep, not the bad one where you unexpectedly lose 60 minutes of life!

3: I didn’t realise that Chelsea are a full 12 points behind Manchester City already! Must-win today you’d think if they’re to stop Pep Guardiola’s side.

BOURNEMOUTH 0-0 CHELSEA

1: And we’re off folks! I can’t hit a barn door with my predictions lately, but I’ll be brave and plump for a 0-2 Chelsea.

BULLS***

17:25: Antonio Conte loves the word bulls*** doesn’t he!?

Conte furiously accused his critics of a “lack of respect” amid reports of unrest at the club on Thursday, and used the naughty word three times!

“Around us there are a lot of b******t. This is true. If I look at the past, I see it happened the same with the other managers. A lot of b******t,” Conte said.

“They try to create problems between me, the club and the players. If someone is happy to continue to write this, I answer very well in the past. I am answering very well about these different issues.

“This is a lack of respect. I can accept it being written that the club is ready to sack me and can accept the story with the players.

“I can accept this but to put another person in this way I think this is incorrect and it is not good that this person has to send me a message to tell me, ‘I’m sorry but this is not true. If you want me to do an interview I am ready’.

“Why? Why put another person in this b******t. If you want to hit me, hit me. Don’t put another person into it, this is incorrect. I hate this type of situation.”

EVENING FOLKS

17:20: Welcome to our LIVE coverage of Bournemouth vs Chelsea from Dean Court.

Sorry for the late start, I’ve been gripped by England’s Under-17 squad, who are just about to win the World Cup with a 5-2 victory over Spain.

Anyway, back to the Premier League.

Chelsea are hoping to continue their two-win streak, while Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth need points to steer clear of the relegation zone.

Should be a belter. Let’s get going!

Jermain Defoe has shaken off a hamstring issue, but Ryan Fraser is battling a knock.
