Prince William said Kate was “feeling better” but that ginger had not helped much.
Upon hearing Kate was suffering with the condition, Clueless actress Alicia Silverstone decided to reach out.
The star has released a book titled The Kind Mama, which encourages women to take charge of their fertility, pregnancy an the fist six months of having a baby.
According to OK! Magazine she penned a letter offering her advice, saying a plant-based diet helped her.
She wrote: “Congratulations on the impending arrival of your third child! I imagine that Prince George and Princess Charlotte are thrilled at the idea of a new little brother or sister.

Alicia added that she had consulted a number of health experts when writing the book, and said she fund ways to “ward off the symptoms that take away from an enjoyable pregnancy”.
