The upcoming Nintendo Switch exclusive has an October 27 release date, and based on the early reviews, it could be a game of the year contender.
And to build hype for the new release, Nintendo has released a new teaser trailer on Twitter.
The new video showcases Mario’s new costumes and abilities, including his American Football outfit and USA suit.
The video teaser ends on a terrifying note, as Mario tries to escape from a T-rex while riding a moped.

After receiving a perfect score from Edge, Japanese publication Famitsu has given it an impressive 39/40 review score.
The Edge review, meanwhile, said that while Mario may be getting on a bit, the Nintendo icon is no dinosaur.
The review also praises the different Cappy transformations, the soundtrack and the boss fights.
In fact, Express Online recently described the Seaside Kingdom boss as one of the best ever in a Mario game.
Super Mario Odyssey also benefits from the latest Nintendo Switch system update.
Update 4.0.0 adds the ability to capture video, but only from select Nintendo Switch games.
This includes The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, ARMS, Splatoon 2, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Super Mario Odyssey.
The update also includes a Super Mario Odyssey surprise or two, which is perfect if you want to update your Nintendo Switch profile.
