And because of the way the days fall, it looks like PS Plus members might be waiting a little longer than usual for the announcement.
The November 2017 batch of free PS Plus are almost certain to be announced on November 1, which means a November 7 release date seems most likely.
And while the free PlayStation Plus games lineup remains a mystery, fans on Reddit have already started to make predictions.
Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is a popular choice, while Octodad: Dadliest Catch gets its usual monthly mention.

The PlayStation 4 Halloween games sale runs until November 1, and includes discounts on titles like Resident Evil 7, Dark Souls 3, Fortnite and Mortal Kombat XL.
