While Nicholas appreciates good defending, he isn’t a fan of the way Mourinho sets up his teams.
And it’s that reason for which he never wants to see the Portuguese get the Arsenal job.
Nicholas said on Sky Sports: “The hardest thing is defending. It’s a skill, it’s an art, it’s getting harder and harder.
“We’re seeing less and less talent because it’s harder to get your physical challenges in because it’s got a little bit too soft. It’s all about protection of players.
