Lukaku had a coming together with Lovren and replays showed contact between the striker’s foot and the Reds star’s face.
The Belgian forward was today cleared by the FA and they will be taking no further action against him.
However, Lovren has blasted Lukaku for what he believes was a deliberate stamp on him during the first half at Anfield.
The incident went unpunished by referee Martin Atkinson and Lukaku later clashed with Joe Gomez.
The Croatian defender was able to continue the match and help the Reds to their third clean sheet of the season.

But the 28-year-old has now condemned the challenge and claimed that United’s top goalscorer knew what he was doing.
“I made a tackle and I felt he was over me and could have moved away,” Lovren said.
“My honest view is that he did it on purpose.
“It is not my decision. He seemed nervous during the game and maybe that’s why.
“Normally if you did it, you apologise.
“It happened and it’s over. Nobody can change it.”
Liverpool arrived in Slovenia today ahead of their Champions League group match with Maribor tomorrow evening (7.45pm).
Lovren is expected to start against the group minnows.
