Liam Gallagher reveals what he REALLY thinks of brother Noel’s new music

The track is the first cut from High Flying Birds’ upcoming album Who Built The Moon?, and features Paul Weller on the organ.

Former Oasis frontman Liam, Noel’s younger brother, shared his pearls of wisdom on the song online today.

He wrote: “Holy mountain eh where do I start who built the moon where do I end.”

He added: “As long as his mrs likes it as you f**king were onwards and upwards”.

Replying to a follower who said “Can you imagine if anyone else released that?”, he replied: “Dya know what I mean that po gets away with murder”.

Liam himself has new music out this week – and it’s doing very well.

His new album As You Were had outsold the rest of the Top 20 combined at the midweek stage on Monday.

The record, which came out at the end of last week, had sold 79,000 units when the Official Charts Company posted an update at the halfway point of this week’s chart race.

It should, therefore, break through the 100,000 barrier by Thursday night.

For comparison, the first Beady Eye album sold 67,000 copies in its first week, while follow-up BE in 2013 sold 35,000 – and only 78,000 in its entire chart run.

As You Were by Liam Gallagher is out now.
