Las Vegas police have confirmed that “one suspect is down” after the horrific shooting which has left at least two people dead.
In the shocking footage, crowds attempt to flee the scene as the gunshots appear to ring out from the Mandalay Bay hotel.
Crowds can be heard screaming as people jump to the floor to get out of the way of gunfire.
Some people can also be seen attempting to crawl away from the scene.
Officials said “multiple” casualties had been rushed to hospital with gunshot wounds after the attack which began at about 11pm local time.

Las Vegas police said: “I can tell you at this time we do have a suspect down. Our officers can confirm that for you.
“I understand the people of Las Vegas want to help. I hear that people are wanting to come down and help. Please, steer clear of the area.”
It is understood officers are clearing out the hotel’s 29th floor and working their way up to the 32nd floor.
One eyewitness said the hotel was on lockdown, while another claimed there were possibly two gunmen on the 32nd floor of the hotel who had shot at a bodyguard and police.
Hospital officials confirmed two people had been killed in the attack and said at least 24 more were being treated for gunshot wounds.
The gunshots appear to be automatic gunfire and there are unconfirmed reports of multiple casualties.
Las Vegas police tweeted: “We’re investigating reports of an active shooter near/around Mandalay Bay Casino. Asking everyone to please avoid the area.”
Country singer Jason Aldean was playing near the end of the concert when gunfire rang out, according to reports.
Some flights have been diverted from Las Vegas McCarran airport while the incident continues.
