Sequel to the record-breaking 2008 smash, the new musical is currently in production – although fans had been wondering what exactly would be sung, given that most of ABBA’s best-known hits were wheeled out first time around.
But appearing on BBC Radio 2 yesterday, Andersson let slip three parts of the soundtrack.
It seems that ‘Angel Eyes’, ‘I Wonder’ and ‘When I Kissed The Teacher’ are all lined-up to appear.
‘Angel Eyes’ – sometimes stylised to ‘Angeleyes’ – was released on a double A-side with ‘Voulez-Vous’ in 1979, and is a sentimental ballad about a handsome man who’s actually bad news.
‘I Wonder’ – full name ‘I Wonder (Departure)’ – was included on the group’s fifth LP ABBA: The Album, released in 1977.

Finally ‘When I Kissed The Teacher’ was the opening song on their 1976 set Arrival, once referred to by The Telegraph as one of the quartet’s “hidden gems”.
Andersson also spoke about the film on The One Show earlier this week, confirming that it will feature several flashbacks to the key characters in their earlier years.
“It’s more of a prequel really, because it’s about everything that happened before they ended up on Kalokairi island,” he said.
“It’s Donna when she was young, Meryl Streep when she was young, and what happened when she met the three dads.
“As well as what happened after the previous film finishes. So it’s a prequel and a sequel.”
Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again is out on July 27, 2018.
