That is the opinion of pundit and former Venezuela international Alejandro Moreno.
Costa completed his return to Atletico Madrid from Chelsea earlier this week.
The Spaniard’s relationship with Blues boss Antonio Conte is well-documented after the Italian told him to leave earlier this summer.
Costa cannot play for Atletico until January but is set to attend the game this evening.
Moreno is expecting a dull, 1-1 draw with the action off the pitch being more appealing on the eye.

“I don’t see an Atletico Madrid that is going to be in any way open like Borussia Dortmund was for a counter attack,” Moreno said on ESPN FC.
“So even if Chelsea are absorbing pressure, I don’t see Atletico Madrid getting disorganised.
“I think this is going to be around the midfield, a little back and fourth and that’s about it.
“It will be 1-1 and probably the shots of this match would be the shots they have of Antonio Conte, Diego Simeone on the sidelines fully dressed in black.
“And then somewhere in the stands Diego Costa and that will be as entertaining as we will get.”
Chelsea won their opening Champions League game of the season 6-0 against Qarabag.
Atletico are coming off the back of a 0-0 draw away to Roma on matchday one.
