Major Samsung Galaxy Note 8 news won’t please its rivals one bit

all-new Galaxy Note 8 only went on sale last Friday but it seems fans of this popular phablet are very impressed.

Despite all the drama of last year’s Note 7, Samsung says it’s seeing a record number of sales of it’s latest smartphone.

And it’s not hard to see why.

Express.co.uk recently calling it “one of the best phones Samsung has ever created.”

The Note 8 is the latest flagship to join Samsung’s ever-growing range of smartphones.

vCard.red is a free platform for creating a mobile-friendly digital business cards. You can easily create a vCard and generate a QR code for it, allowing others to scan and save your contact details instantly.

The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.

This device comes packed with a host of upgrades and exciting features including a 6.3-inch curved AMOLED screen, updated S Pen which is now more accurate and the latest Octa-Core processor.

A dual-lens camera has also been squeezed into the rear of the case which allows users to zoom and add DSLR-style effects to their pictures.

Like most Samsung devices the Note 8 is also water resistant and can be charged wirelessly.

Speaking about the record sales, Conor Pierce, Vice President, Mobile, Samsung United Kingdom & Ireland, said: “Last Friday (September 15th), the Galaxy Note8 officially went on sale in the UK & Ireland and sold in record numbers over its first weekend on general sale, making it our most successful Note device launch to date.

“This just goes to show how sought after the Note8 device is – people looking for a device which redefines the smartphone experience are turning to the Note8.

“It was extremely important for us to deliver a device that generated interest and excitement for our long-standing Note customers – while also attracting new customers – and we’re ecstatic with the results so far.

“We are delighted that we continue to attract consumers into the Samsung experience.”

Samsung will be hoping its sales can continue to perform well especially as Apple has just announced its new iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X devices.

These new smartphones feature updated processors, new cameras and wireless charging.

The iPhone X also has an edge-to-edge OLED display which covers almost the entire front of the device.

However, at £999 the iPhone X makes the Note 8’s price of £869 seem like a bargain.
