The Italian coach arrived at Stamford Bridge last summer after a disappointing season in which the Blues finished 10th.
Conte wasn’t given much hope to lift the title in his first season at Chelsea but an ingenious formation change after a defeat to Arsenal flipped their fortunes and they soon went on a 13-game winning streak.
And their incredible run helped Conte become the first side in Premier League history to win 30 games in a season on their way to the title.
Hazard was an instrumental part of their success as he rediscovered the form that led him to being named the PFA Players’ Player of the Year in 2015.
And the Belgium international claims Conte was able to get the best out of him from the first couple of training sessions.

“Even after a week I think I had progressed with him,” Hazard told SFR Sport.
“But I think he’s shown not just at Chelsea but also at Juve that he’s a good coach and I think he has some good years ahead of him.”
Hazard added: “There’s a lot of tactics. It’s not always nice as a forward as you have to run, defend and everything, but at least at the weekend, you know exactly what to do, you can even close your eyes and play. That’s good.
“We work a lot. It’s not always easy in training, there are a lot of hours of training, but it bears fruit on the pitch.
“We play well, we won last year. You can see that that’s the key to success: work.”
