Spurs would climb up to third with a win against Swansea, and will be full of confidence after winning at Wembley in the Champions League.
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino goes with an attacking lineup, with Harry Kane leading the line.
Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Son Heung-min will provide support to Kane, while Moussa Sissoko starts in midfield.
Swansea keep faith with former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham up front, and Jordan Ayew also starts.
Renato Sanches also starts for Swansea, who lost at home to Newcastle last weekend.
