Drinkwater arrived at Stamford Bridge on deadline day as manager Antonio Conte looked to bolster the depth of his squad.
However, manager Conte has confirmed Drinkwater won’t make his debut until October after suffering a calf injury.
And the Stamford Bridge faithful are less than impressed with the latest injury blow to their side.
