Three UK mobile network DOWN – Customers’ texts and calls NOT WORKING

Three has now resolved any issues with its mobile network.

A spokesperson for the mobile carrier told Express.co.uk, “The issue affecting calls and texts this morning for a number of customers has now been resolved.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.

Three UK customers have been left unable to send or receive calls and texts.

Users across the UK have complained of problems with the hugely-popular mobile network this morning.

The issues with the network are believed to have started around 7am BST.

Independent website Down Detector, which measures social mentions around a certain topic to track outages across the globe, shows some users reporting issues with Three throughout the UK. According to the data from Down Detector, hundreds of users are experiencing this issue every minute.

Down Detector claims 36 per cent of those suffering problems with Three this morning are unable to make calls on their phone, another 34 per cent have been left with no signal whatsoever and 28 per cent are having issues with mobile internet.

According to the data from Down Detector, some of the most affected areas are – Islington, Camberwell, Camden Town, Uxbridge, Glasgow, Manchester, Southall, Birmingham, and Barking.

Three UK also experienced a nationwide outage back in April 2017.

Enraged customers have flooded social media to complain about the issues.

A Three UK spokesperson said: “We’re aware that some customers are experiencing problems with calls and texts this morning.

“Mobile internet is unaffected. We’re sorry for any disruption caused and are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.”
