Girls Aloud ‘bitter’ feud revealed: Nadine Coyle admits the REAL reason for band rift

Nadine Coyle, however, was a vocal supporter of the show’s eventual winner – and she’s now opened up on the real reason for unrest within the group.

It’s been noticeable for fans to see Cheryl, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh remaining close friends; but barely ever interacting with Sarah and Nadine.

Speaking to The Sun on a podcast, Nadine has had her say on the bad relations.

“So in terms of people wanting their voice heard, that wasn’t happening.

Nadine was previously called “full of s***” by Cheryl when she spoke out about the quintet’s split – something which Nadine had publicly said she was against.

“Okay, so do you want us to tell the truth? She wasn’t going to make another Girls Aloud record until she got a solo deal.

“I feel she held us to ransom and then made her solo record deal.”

Nadine is releasing her new single Go To Work tomorrow, September 8.
