BREAKING: Hurricane Harvey just the beginning as ANOTHER cyclone forms on US coast

Tropical storm watches have been issued for parts of the South and North Carolina coast from South Santee River, South Carolina, Duck and North Carolina.

It follows the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey, which landed as a category 4 storm on Thursday and blasted Texas with 130mph winds.

The hurricane, which has since been downgraded to tropical storm, has caused record floods and at least six deaths across the state.
