Ivanka Trump news: Twitter goes WILD for mistakenly-rude letter from a child

Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump‘s daughter, posted a picture of herself reading a letter written by children as she sat in the White House in Washington last night.

She added the sweet caption: “Overjoyed by these beautiful letters. Reading them is one of the highlights of my week.”

However, someone noticed something was a little strange.

A Twitter user named Oxygen Thief, a musician, wrote: “Did…did one of those “kids” write “I c**k you, Ms. Ivanka Trump?”

The rude message appeared on a letter, written in red felt tip pen.

It read: “Thank you Ms. Ivanka Trump. I LOVE you”. It also featured a little heart shaped sign.

However, the handwriting was a little crumpled and it could easily have been mistaken for other letters.

The picture quickly went viral thanks to the child’s hiccup on paper.

Instagram users accused Ivanka Trump of using the letters as ‘propaganda’.

One wrote: “Really sad that you need to try to use propaganda. Try talking to your father and get him to realize what a fool he is making of himself”.

Another said: “Funny how every “letter” is on a crisp white piece of paper…no folds, smudges or shmutz to be be found! Are we really supposed to believe that these were all written be random children??”

However, a number of Ivanka fans stood up for the daughter of the president.

One wrote: “There are lots of negative, hateful jealous trolls on here. They are so disturbed! Love President Trump and his family.”

In other Ivanka news, the question has been asked about why Donald Trump’s daughter hasn’t taken her husband’s name when she married?

Despite tradition seeming to dictate every other area of the wedding, Ivanka took the slightly unusual step of not changing her surname.

And some have wondered why this might be, with internet users taking to Quora to search for answers.

One user, Nanci Jean, of LLM Pace University School of Law, responded: “She relied on her right to continue to use her maiden name.

“At the time they apply for a marriage license in NYS, they indicate what name or names they will choose to use after marriage, including the adoption by the husband of the wife’s name. Why didn’t Jared Kushner become Jared Trump?”
