That is the opinion of pundit and former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard.
Klopp has brought in three players so far this summer, with Mohamed Salah, Andrew Robertson and young striker Dominic Solanke arriving at Anfield from Roma, Hull and Chelsea respectively.
Gerrard has been impressed by the new boys and is delighted with the direction the club is going under the German manager.
“Very pleased. More importantly the supporters, they’re all right behind him,” Gerrard said on BT Sport of Klopp.
“I think he’s made really good signings in Salah, Robertson looked impressive at the weekend.

“Hopefully he can get a few more in before the deadline but very, very pleased.”
Liverpool have been linked with the likes of Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk, who Gerrard has previously claimed would be a great signing.
But he refused to name who he would like to join when pressed by presenter Gary Lineker.
“I don’t want to name any names, not naming names,” Gerrard added.
“Maybe one in defence and maybe a centre midfielder as well just to give you two good players in every position.”
