Juliana Pasquarosa Reflects After Grant Ellis Split: “Healing Heart”

Juliana Pasquarosa is embracing a new chapter following her separation from Grant Ellis. The former Bachelor contestant shared her feelings on Instagram, emphasizing growth and happiness. This comes after a public announcement of their split, leaving many fans curious about the future for both reality stars.

“Closing this chapter with a healing heart and a quiet kind of peace,” Juliana, 28, expressed on Instagram on Tuesday, June 17, accompanied by snapshots of herself modeling various bikinis. “Not because it was all easy, but because I made it through with grace and growth.”

The Bachelor alum added, “I’m proud of who I’ve become because I’ve worked through what’s tried to break me. I choose happiness (and giggles), every day, because I’ve experienced what it feels like to lose it and what kind of fight it takes to get it back.”

Juliana also stated she’s “thankful for the opportunity” she received from The Bachelor and from Grant, 31, to “open my heart & mind to new experiences and new love.”

Gratitude for the Journey

The reality TV personality expressed gratitude for the support she received during her time on The Bachelor.

“The community of people who watched & supported my journey is something I am eternally grateful for. I hope we can move forward together and bring more love into this world, because that’s what we all need more of <3,” she concluded.

The images displayed Juliana smiling on a beach, sporting a blue and white patterned bikini, a blue string bikini, and a white ruffled bikini. In one picture, she also donned a white baby tee that read, “Nice girls love nice guys.”

Engagement Ring Returned

In the comments, Juliana confirmed that the engagement ring, which The Bachelor “paid for,” has been “signed, sealed & delivered safely back to production.”

Grant Ellis’ Perspective on the Breakup

Juliana’s post comes less than a week after Grant announced their separation.

“This is one of the harder things I’ve had to write, but I want to share it honestly. Juliana and I have decided to end our relationship,” he conveyed via his Instagram Stories on June 13. “We both gave this our best and poured a lot of love into each other, but after a lot of deep conversations, we’ve come to the understanding that we’re simply not the right fit long term.”

Grant mentioned that he and Juliana, who became engaged during The Bachelor season 29 finale, established a “meaningful” and “real” connection on the program.

“There’s no negativity here, no resentment [and] just two people who care about each other and want the best for one another moving forward,” he continued. “I’ll always be grateful for what we shared and for the growth that came with it. Thank you to everyone who supported us and believed in our journey. This chapter is closing, but we’re both walking away with love and respect in our hearts.”

Moving Forward Separately

Juliana expressed similar sentiments, emphasizing the importance of growth.

Meanwhile, Juliana shared on Instagram that it was a “gift to find someone who sees the world in a way that resonates with you, while also encouraging you to grow.”

“I’ve been grateful to share that experience with Grant,” she continued. “Marriage is a commitment, and it’s one we both still believe in deeply. After a lot of honest conversations and reflection, we’ve come to the decision that this chapter of our lives is meant to continue on separate paths. We shared something meaningful, navigating a unique journey side by side [and] learning, growing and showing up for each other the best we knew how. While this isn’t the ending we once imagined, it’s one filled with mutual respect, care and hope for what’s ahead.”
