The Fortnite island is set for a fresh infusion of content with the Galactic Battle Star Wars season continuing. The highly anticipated Mandalorian Rising update lands on May 22, introducing new armaments and equipment into the game.
New Gear and Items from the Mandalorian
Epic Games has revealed that players can look forward to wielding iconic Mandalorian tools: the Mandalorian Jetpack, Amban Sniper Rifle, and the all-new dual WESTAR-34 Blaster Pistols. A fresh Mandalorian outfit and associated accessories are also scheduled to appear in the item shop soon.
Epic Games announced the update via X, confirming the release date and highlighting a selection of the arriving items.
Recruit Mandalorians to Your Squad
“On May 22, Mandalorians will intervene,” Epic stated. “Recruit a Heavy, Scout, Supply, or Medic Mandalorian to your team, and gain a strategic advantage over your adversaries by equipping the returning Mandalorian Jetpack!”
The announcement further emphasized the addition of specialized weapons. “Also, keep an eye out for signature Mandalorian weapons: the Amban Sniper Rifle and the new dual-wield WESTAR-34 Blaster Pistols.”
