Dubai’s skyline continues to reach new heights with the upcoming debut of Ciel Tower, poised to become the world’s tallest hotel. This impressive structure, located in Dubai Marina in the UAE, will offer unparalleled luxury and panoramic views. This new Dubai hotel development, standing at an impressive 1,197 feet (365 meters), demonstrates the city’s commitment to innovative hotel architecture and exceptional guest experiences. Scheduled to welcome guests this year, Ciel Tower represents a £388 million investment in upscale hospitality.
Luxury Redefined: Inside Ciel Tower
With over 1,000 guest rooms, this magnificent building showcases breathtaking 360-degree vistas of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf. The design, envisioned in a Japanese-inspired manner by the acclaimed London-based NORR Group, will join IHG’s Vignette Collection upon its opening. Construction is nearing completion, with 99% of the structure finalized and 80% of the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations complete.
Architectural Marvel on a Challenging Site
Yahya Jan, from NORR architects, undertook the complex assignment of designing the colossal skyscraper on a uniquely shaped triangular plot covering just 2,500 square meters.
According to the architect, the glass and metal building’s curved forms are designed to delicately reflect the setting sun.
A Haven for Discerning Travelers
Catering to the next generation of affluent travelers, the hotel will feature a remarkable 1,042 rooms, including 150 suites, distributed across 82 floors. The name ‘Ciel,’ meaning ‘sky’ in French, perfectly reflects the hotel’s elevated experience.

Guests can enjoy the scenery from Dubai’s highest infinity pool on the 76th floor, as well as around 10 diverse restaurants offering expansive views of the skyscraper-dominated horizon.
