In “Full Frontal,” Katt took on the role of an egocentric actor playing Adolf Hitler in a fictional play entitled “The Sound and the Fuhrer.”

Soderbergh lauded Katt’s acting abilities in a 2002 interview, describing him as “absolutely fearless.”

Katt himself shared in an interview that the “Full Frontal” role allowed him to channel his personal frustrations as an actor into his portrayal.

“There’s a palpable desperation in the air, especially in Los Angeles. It’s less noticeable in New York,” he stated.
