Details of the Incident

The LAPD disclosed that the episode unfolded after 3:25 p.m. when the California Highway Patrol (CHP) requested police assistance to locate three suspects who had fled the scene of a hit-and-run accident and entered a residential area in Eagle Rock. Upon arrival and securing the perimeter, officers encountered Jillian Lauren – identified by police as Jillian Shriner, her legal name – in an adjacent yard.
