The notification to customers states: “We’ve identified that you are using one of our older Hubs, specifically a Hub 1, Hub 2, or Hub 2 AC.”
The message continues, “While these hubs remain functional, they are no longer receiving necessary security updates. Due to updated UK law concerning telecommunications networks and online safety, we are required to offer you a free Hub replacement.”
