Season 3 New Content and Features
Season 3 of Warzone is themed around returning elements from the original game. Beyond the Verdansk map, players can anticipate the reintroduction of iconic weapons, vehicles, and familiar gameplay mechanics, fostering a sense of classic Warzone action.
Weapon and Vehicle Roster
Upon the launch of Warzone season 3, the Kilo 141 assault rifle will be instantly accessible to all players. Further expanding the arsenal, the CR-56 AMAX assault rifle and HDR sniper rifle will be offered as complimentary rewards within the new season’s battle pass tiers. Additionally, the Kali Sticks melee weapon can be obtained by completing mastery challenges during the “Return to Verdansk” event.
Vehicle Mechanics Revamped
The Helicopter, Cargo Truck, LTV, Polaris RZR PRO R4, and ATV are all reinstated to their original spawn locations as seen in the initial Verdansk iteration. Importantly, vehicle mechanics have been simplified; the tire puncture and refueling systems have been removed. Vehicles will now function until their health is fully depleted, at which point they will combust.
Gameplay Enhancements
Adding to the dynamic gameplay, features such as freefall shooting are also making a comeback. This allows players to engage enemies on the ground while parachuting back into the combat zone after respawning.

This “Return to Verdansk” event will divide the map into 12 distinct sectors, each highlighting a significant point of interest alongside surrounding loot areas.

Participants are tasked with locating and looting special safes within these designated zones to acquire exclusive rewards. These rewards include a variety of cosmetic items such as calling cards, a loading screen, an emblem, a spray, and an emote. Highly fortunate players may even unlock a special operator skin as a zone reward when opening a safe.
