Salma Hayek reveals surprising secret to incredible bikini body – but it's not exercise

Salma Hayek has finally revealed her secrets to looking as incredible as she does at age 57, and it isn’t exercise.

The actress said practicing meditation is key to staying ageless in a new interview during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

The Hollywood icon said: “I really believe it is. People say it’s exercising. I think it’s meditation.”

She added: “You have to find your way. For me, exercising is hard. It’s really, really difficult to have the discipline to do it. But meditation is a walk in the park, because it’s my own form of it.”

Hayek practices her routine “every day” and makes sure to take the time to “sit in a moment with yourself.”

The star previously spoke about her love of meditation during a July episode of Kelly Ripa’s SiriusXM podcast Let’s Talk Off Camera.

She revealed what happens when she doesn’t practice her technique, and it’s not good.

The Frida actress said she starts having severe health issues.

Hayek explained: “When I don’t [meditate] for some time, guess what? Not only [does] the face starts to drop and everything starts to drop, [but also] my herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, my ankles [comes back]. I start breaking down.”

She also mentioned that she has even gotten to the point of her routine where she feels energy “dancing” through her body.

Sometimes after meditating, people tell her: “Oh my God, you look 20 years old.”

The Mexican-American also revealed she’s never gotten Botox.

Instead she relies on “frequency machines” on top of her meditation.

Hayek said: “The people that do the machines say that the results I get, they don’t get with other people.”

The Desperado star has never shied away from flaunting her incredible physique or even her greying hair.

She celebrated her 57th birthday on September 2, wowing fans with a clip posted on Instagram.

In the video, Hayek dances in a brightly-colored bikini and a shall while on vacation in Mexico and in her caption she spoke about transformation, though some think she hasn’t changed at all.

The House of Gucci star captioned the post with: “Life is a series of phrases with beginnings and ends, that’s why sometimes it’s OK to feel like butterflies even if we let a part of us go.”

Fans took to the comments section, stunned with Hayek’s “ageless” appearance.

One of her fans wrote: “Must be nice being that freaking drop dead gorgeous,” while someone else jokingly asked: “What’s the secret to beating Father Time?”

Meditation, apparently.
