Jennifer Lawrence keeps it low-key in a baseball cap and a white V-neck tee as she pushes baby son Cy in a stroller through NYC

There have been some major ‘firsts’ in the life of Jennifer Lawrence the last couple of years, but none of them bigger than giving birth to her first child, Cy.

And on Saturday, the Academy Award-winning actress decided to spend a little quality time with her baby boy, 18 months, by taking a stroll along New York City ‘s Hudson River Park.

The first time mom decided to make it a one-on-one affair, that’s if you don’t count the A-lister’s bodyguard, who followed close behind.

Lawrence kept it light and casual in the fashion department in black sweatpants, a white T-shirt and black sneakers.

She also wore a black baseball cap promoting Larsen’s Fish Market in Menemsha on the island of Martha’s Vineyard over her tied up blonde hair.

As the sun glared down the Kentucky native took her time pushing her son in his stroller, just feet from the waterway.

On this afternoon the doting mom dressed Cy in a cute onesie, blue sneakers and a matching cap to help shield him from the sunshine.

Moving around the bustling area, Lawrence kept engaged with her son, who carried a water bottle in his hands throughout the walk.

After Cy was born in February 2022, the new mom and her husband Cooke Maroney took some time off to relish in their family’s new arrival.

But ultimately, seven months later came another first for Lawrence when she began shooting the straight-up comedy film, No Hard Feelings.

Luckily, she didn’t have to travel too far during the three-month production, considering set locations were held in various Nassau County, New York locations, such as Hempstead, Point Lookout, Lawrence and Uniondale.

Directed by Gene Stupnitsky from a screenplay he co-wrote with John Phillips, the story follows a directionless Uber driver named Maggie (Lawrence) who answers an ad from a couple seeking someone to date their painfully awkward teenage son Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman).

The parents hope the experience will help educate him in the ways of physical and emotional maturity and boost his confidence prior to college.

But in the end things don’t go as planned, which helps with the comedic angle of the plot.

Along with Feldman and Lawrence, who also served double duty as one of the producers, the cast also included Laura Benanti, Natalie Morales, Matthew Broderick, Scott MacArthur, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Kyle Mooney and Hasan Minhaj, among others.
