Braunwyn Windham-Burke is requesting a total of $11,000 in monthly child and spousal support from her estranged husband Sean Burke.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, 45, who is engaged to Jennifer Spinner, submit court docs on Friday asking the court withhold the total from Burke’s check.
Windham-Burke, who shares seven children with Burke – Bella, 22, Rowan, 21, Jacob, 18, twins Caden and Curren, 10, Koa, eight, and Hazel, five – had previously been granted the sum by the court, US Weekly confirmed after reviewing court docs.
The total is divided into $6,000 monthly in child support for the youngest four children; and $5,000 monthly in spousal support, the outlet reported.
Windham-Burke previously told the court late last year that Burke – who works at a company named Economic Transfer Strategies – ‘stopped providing any support’ for their four younger children.

Windham-Burke told the court that she has been reliant on Burke ‘for all financial security’ since she was 20, the outlet reported.
She said that without his financial contributions she was unable to meet ‘basic living expenses’ or ‘expenses for our children’ in the December 2022 filing.
Windham-Burke said she has been reliant on Burke ‘to make all financial decisions for 23 years.’
She said she remains unaware of their total financial holdings in the wake of their split.
‘I have effectively been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets,’ she said.
The former couple this past spring came to an accord in which Burke agreed to the $11,000 total sum effective May 1.
Per the spousal support, the outlet reported, the monthly $5,000 in spousal support would be in effect ‘until the death of either party, the remarriage of [Windham-Burke] or further order of court.’
Windham-Burke – who publicly announced she is gay in December of 2020 – earlier this month announced her engagement to Spinner.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum is engaged to Jennifer Spinner,
Spinner spoke about the engagement in a July 15 post on her Instagram account.
‘Today is one year since I met the love of my life,’ Spinner said. ‘Today is also the day that @braunwynwindhamburke asked me to marry her and, of course, I said “hell yes.”‘
Spinner continued in the post, ‘Our love is fast, messy, pure, real, and made up of all of the things I used to dream about having when I would daydream during 7th period math.
‘Braunwyn, Sean and the kids have brought things into my life that I never even knew I was missing, and tomorrow looks so much brighter with all of this love and light in it. Yes today. Yes tomorrow. Yes forever my love.’
Windham-Burke told Extra earlier this month that she and Spinner have set a wedding date of October 19, 2024 in Nashville.
‘I was thinking a small wedding with just close friends and family,’ she said, ‘but when you are marrying someone from Long Island, there is no such thing as a small family wedding.’
Asked if she would consider returning to RHOC, Windham-Burke said, ‘I don’t think I would ever do that.’
