He’s back! Tobin Bell reprises roll of the sadistic Jigsaw for the upcoming horror film Saw X, which released its first trailer Saturday

Storyline: The forthcoming feature serves as a prequel to Saw II and focuses on the origin of John Kramer, played by Tobin Bell, who later became better known to the public as Jigsaw

The trailer begins at a hospital where a doctor, played by Octavio Hinojosa, informs Kramer that he has been diagnosed with near-inoperable cancer
Although Kramer goes under the knife, he is later informed that his tumor was never removed during the procedure and that he only has ‘months, at best.’
Bell’s character is then seen sketching ideas for torture methods and ominously states that ‘I still have a lot of work to be done.’
Kramer then kidnaps several of the individuals involved with his surgery and brings them to a nondescript warehouse, where they are then strapped into various torturous devices.
He then addresses his captives and informs them that ‘It’s time to play a game.’
Kramer adds that ‘You all pretended to cure me. But what I have planned for each of you is very real.’
Bell’s character then places his captives into various torture devices before sending in Billy the Puppet to provide them with surgical instruments.
The longtime horror franchise lead then states: ‘The only thing I have not provided is your anesthetic. But trust me, you will want to remain alert.’
Kramer subsequently instructs one of his captives to remove ‘a big enough piece of your cerebral tissue’ in order to save his life.
