Newcastle United and Tottenham are reportedly set to miss out on the signing of Harvey Barnes as the Leicester City star closes in on a move to join West Ham United.
Barnes was part of the side that were relegated to the Championship last season, but he is poised to remain in the top flight as he picks his next club, with David Moyes’ side in pole position to land the winger ahead of their Premier League rivals.
