16-year-old millionaire who earned fortune aged 9 returns from hiatus to make more money

A 16-year-old millionaire teenager is launching a new project to spread “positive vibes” which she hopes will increase her fortune. By the age of nine, Isabella Barrett became one of the youngest self-made millionaires in the US after starring in a cheesy US reality television show at the age of five. The show, Toddlers and Tiaras, made her a household name. Now, after launching several other successful business ventures, she has yet another plan: to create music.

Toddlers and Tiaras is an American reality series where children from around the US compete in a beauty pageant to impress judges.

Ms Barrett recently created a new song called Best Friend with a fellow singer songwriter called Alex Freeman. It came after a six year hiatus from her music.

Ms Barrett told Cover Real Life: “I’m thrilled to be back in the music world. It feels like coming home after a long journey.

“Working with Alex has been an absolute blast. We wanted to create a track to make people dance and embrace their friendships.

“It’s all about positive vibes and having a great time.”

Following her appearance in the show, Isabella was given opportunities most beauty-obsessed girls would only dream of.

Over the last several years, she has worked in the modeling industry, at one point being invited to the runway for New York Fashion Week.

She added: “Modelling was a fantastic experience.

“I got to work with talented photographers and stylists, and it helped me discover my love for fashion.
