Fans questioned why Khloé Kardashian’s tongue was so “white” after she posed for a silly selfie with her daughter, True, and her niece Dream.
The trio — along with Kim Kardashian’s oldest daughter North, 9, and Kourtney Kardashian’s son Reign, 8 — recently went to the movies to see “The Little Mermaid” and they posed together for a silly selfie on Instagram.
In one of the snaps, the Good American co-founder, 38, stuck her tongue out while True, 5, made the same face and Dream, 6, smiled, showing off her adorable missing front tooth.
Fans quickly noticed that Khloé’s tongue was seemingly discolored and took to her comments section to inquire about her oral health.
“Clean your tongue khloe.. it looks so dirty 🤮,” wrote one critic.
“khloe forgot to brush her tongue. mule take care,” added another.
“Yuck khloe your tounge is white!” declared a third, while a fourth person commented, “Your tongue should be pink not white coated.”
A fan on Reddit added that the “Kardashians” star’s tongue could be white for “tons of reasons.”

Fans have long criticized Khloé and her family’s appearance on social media — especially when it comes to Photoshop fails.
Last month, the reality star and her mom, Kris Jenner, were called out for using “scary” filters in their selfies.
“Brooo, stop with the FaceApp,” wrote one follower.
“Too much filter in one pic,” commented another.
A third critic said it was a “shame” that the mom and daughter duo edited their photos to appear as smooth as a “cartoon character.”
Despite the constant criticism, the famous family never seems to ease up on the editing tools.
