Kim Kardashian breaks down in tears over ex while Kylie Jenner talks REGRETS over plastic surgery

The Kardashians season three trailer dropped on Thursday morning.

Kim Kardashian, 42, broke down in tears in an emotional moment in the dramatic clip for the upcoming season, which is set to drop on May 25 on Hulu.

She appeared to be crying over ex Pete Davidson, whom she split with in August 2022 after dating him for nine months. 

Kylie Jenner, 25, opened up about plastic surgery regrets, as she says she wishes she never did anything to herself in a candid moment. 

Kylie addressed her plastic surgery when she was chatting with friend Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou, telling her: ‘I don’t want my daughter to do the things that I did. I wish I’d never touched anything to begin with.’

Khloe Kardashian dealt with a skin cancer scare that ended up having her have the tumor removed, leading her best friend Malika Haqq to tell her she hasn’t ‘seen her this low.’

The trailer for season three kicked off with a humorous note, with Kim telling the producers she doesn’t remember where they left off from season two. 

‘You were still in a relationship,’ a producer said to her, to which Kim said: ‘I was? Damn,’ with a grin. 

They were referring to relationship with Pete; they dated from October of 2021 until August of 2022.

Rumors of a possible romance with Pete were first sparked when the two kissed during an early October 2021 Saturday Night Live skit as she played Princess Jasmine and he portrayed Aladdin, and while initial reports claimed they are just friends, fans believed something more significant was brewing. 

Weeks later, she was spotted at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, California for the theme park’s annual Halloween event with a group of friends, including Pete, her sister Kourtney and Kourtney’s fiancé at the time, Travis Barker. 

Pete and Kim reportedly enjoyed a private rooftop dinner at Campania in Staten Island in November 2021, followed by a group outing at club Zero Bond the following night.

Kim and Pete were seen sweetly holding hands in November 2021 while celebrating his birthday in Palm Springs, California, as seen in Dailymail.com exclusive photos.

She went Instagram official with Pete in March 2022, marking the first time she has shared him on her Instagram page.

They split in August of last year, with the funnyman quickly moving on briefly to Emily Ratajkowski and then Chase Sui Wonders, who is his now girlfriend. 

‘Things change really quickly,’ Kim is heard saying as she walks into a room to talk to Khloe.

Khloe asks her, ‘Are you ok?’ looking concerned.

Kim’s back was to the camera initially before she is seen looking upset. 

She whispers softly ‘no,’ clearly emotional. 

She then breaks down into tears and starts sobbing ‘…just not okay.’ 

Khloe rushes to her side and holds her as Kim says ‘I’m having such a hard day today.’ 

Since the last season of the series, Kim split from boyfriend Pete and her divorce from Kanye West was finalized.

A producer said to her, ‘Today your divorce was final,’ to which she simply replied ‘yeah.’

Kendall gave her two-cents: ‘I don’t know how Kim handles everything with e ex-husband [Kanye West],’ opting not to directly name him.

‘I don’t think you realize the weight of the world is on your shoulders,’ Kris told Kim.

He has made up the most insane narrative. We stay silent through all the lies for my kids,’ Kim says, as her voice quivers with emotion.

A montage of her and their four children is shown; they are parents to North, nine, Saint, seven, Chicago, five and Psalm, three. 

Kim and Kanye were married for nearly seven years; the divorce was finalized in November 2022. 

Kylie rounded up her sisters Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Kendall to talk to them about their contribution to what some call unattainable beauty standards they are setting – due in part to surgical procedures, fillers and preventative aging procedures.

‘All of us just need to have a bigger conversation about the beauty standards that we’re setting,’ Kylie proclaimed in one clip.

Khloe also opened up about the tumor on her face, which was melanoma.

Khloe previously had melanoma on her back at age 19 and she had to have surgery to remove it then.

In October 2022, she took to her stories to explain the bandage on her face after fans began asking what it was for.

She said she had to undergo an ‘immediate operation’ by doctors after she had the lingering bump checked out.

After a biopsy came back with news that it was melanoma; the doctors said it needed to be removed.

At the time, Khloe said the margins appear clear and she was focused on her healing process. 

Kylie is seen telling Khloe: ‘Mom just told me that it’s melanoma.’

Kris tells the cameras: ‘This on her face is very concerning,’ with Khloe sporting a huge bandage on her face.

Malika tells Khloe she hasn’t seen her ‘this low’ while Kendall says aloud ‘she doesn’t sleep, she lost a lot weight’ as scenes of Khloe with her newborn son and her getting tested at a doctor’s office.

‘Melanoma is deadly. This was way more serious than I anticipated it to be,’ Khloe says.

Also in the trailer, Khloe was asked about her relationship with baby daddy and love rat Tristan Thompson, whom has been on and off over the years.

Scott Disick asked her the question over dinner: ‘How’s everything going with Tristan. Where do you guys stand?’

‘I think he thinks, lets just ride this out but no, no chances,’ Khloe said.

He had another child with Houston trainer Maralee Nichols despite him knowingly having a second child via surrogacy with Khloe.

Maralee welcomed Tristan’s third child in December 2021, one month after the Khloe and Tristan’s surrogate was implanted by their fertilized embryo. 

Khloe and Tristan’s second child was born in July 2022, via surrogacy; they are parents to daughter True, five, together and the basketball player, 32, has a son with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig named Prince, six. 

Kourtney appeared to be mad at Kim for using her wedding as business opportunity, as Kim was seen with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. 

‘She felt like her wedding vibes were like stripped from her,’ Kendall said to Kylie.

Kim disagreed, saying that she ‘couldn’t’ have been more mindful.’ 

Kris appeared to be the voice of reason in the situation, as clips of all the concerned sisters sitting around as the matriarch arrived. 

‘I’m really good at being calm when there’s turbulence but this has been a whirlwind of a year.’

 ‘People think its a misunderstanding. It’s not. It’s who she is to her core,’ Kourtney says to Khloe.

‘We know how to be there for each other, but only on a superficial level,’ Kourtney tells a shocked Khloe, who answers simply with ‘What?’

‘This tension goes way back,’ Khloe says as a stern looking Kourtney glances icily at Kim during one of her wedding get togethers.

Kourtney and Kim have had a up and down relationship over the years, with the sisters even getting into a physical fight. 

‘Family is what I value the most so I just feel very anxious,’ Kris says with Kylie noting that she ‘doesn’t think everything’s going to be ok.’

Season three of the Kardashians will premiere on May 25 on Hulu.
