They just need to settle out of court, or pay off the damages in royalties. Obviously Nexon didn’t want to make P3 so Choi took it upon himself to make what he had envisioned. Oversight by Choi to delete his files and to back track his story but I mean come on what does Nexon want with this? This is obviously already bad press for Nexon going after the little guy once they picked up steam. Also 10 months to make this is believable you can make a 3D platformer in unreal in under a week at that.
