Jeremy Clarkson, 63, was left furious with his Clarkson’s Farm co-star Kaleb Cooper, 24, when he cheekily diminished the presenter’s hard work on Diddly Squat.
The duo are known for their witty back and forth on the Amazon Prime Video series, but Jeremy revealed in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk that Kaleb’s latest barb was a step too far.
Speaking at his event, the Hawkstone Session at the Hawkstone Brewery, Jeremy admitted Kaleb had just ruined his “beautiful morning” spent out on his tractor.
The star said: “I have a love/hate relationship with farming.
“I sometimes absolutely hate it, and then there are times, like this morning, where I absolutely love it.

“I was just on the tractor, and it was a beautiful morning.
“Kaleb, actually, I was so cross with him, I was on my tractor, doing farming, well it was topping, he came by and went, ‘you’re just gardening!’
“And I was like, ‘what?!’” Jeremy exclaimed, showing his indignation.
Determined to prove Kaleb wrong, the former Top Gear star protested: “I’ve got dirty fingernails!
“So that shows I’ve done a morning’s work.”
Jeremy went on to address why viewers of Clarkson’s Farm often witness tense moments.
He referenced one particular episode from season two of the hit series, where the Diddly Squat team became “really tetchy” with each other.
When quizzed on whether things can get tense due to Kaleb and his girlfriend Lisa Hogan working alongside him, Jeremy admitted a huge row broke out while the cameras were rolling last year.
Jeremy said: “Oh god yeah [we have arguments]!
“There’s a programme in the new series, programme four, which is really tetchy.”
Explaining the bickering, Jeremy admitted: “It’s just hard work – when you’re cold and you’re outside all day long, and you’re freezing cold, and your muscles ache – you’re tired out.
“And it’s like that every day on the farm.
“6am until 11pm is farming, seven days a week,” the presenter divulged.
Despite the occasional rows, Jeremy insisted he won’t stop farming, whether or not his show continues for years to come.
He defiantly added to Express.co.uk: “I’m going to carry on farming whether people are watching or not, I don’t care.
“I’m gonna carry on farming, and fighting the good fight on behalf of farming against stupidity.”
