Bradley Cooper's first-ever LA home hits the market for $2.3 million

A stunning California mansion formerly owned by Hollywood A-lister Bradley Cooper has hit the market for just $2.3 million.

The two-bed coastal oasis is surrounded by pristine landscaping and high hedge-lined boundaries, giving the high-profile property an exclusive feel.

The Hangover star worked with renowned interior designer Santillana de Chanaleilles to design the property, which is complete with a natural and raw aesthetic unlike many West Coast mansions.

While it may not come with a sprawling estate covering numerous acres, the stylish home is filled with numerous luxury amenities, including a home gym, built-in stone fire pit and large jacuzzi.

Cooper splashed out on the luxury abode as his first ever property purchase, scooping up the Venice, California mansion for $1.1 million in 2004.

Featuring exposed wood flooring and matching ceilings, the classic home is a modern blend of edgy design and California coastal living.

The most striking aspect of the home, however, is the exterior of the home, which is covered from floor to roof in lush, manicured hedging.

Upon entering the home, the new owner will be welcomed by an expansive great room and dining area, situated alongside a kitchen with an oversized concrete breakfast bar and a living area with a traditional fireplace.

The interior is also fitted with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a luxurious primary bedroom with a large ensuite.

‘With its exceptional layout that provides ample space and seclusion for hosting gatherings, this residence is one-of-a-kind.

‘Situated in an ideal spot for those who enjoy the California beach lifestyle, it boasts enticing amenities such as a fire pit, jacuzzi, and outdoor living space.

‘Although the local housing market has undergone some changes since last summer, the demand from buyers remains robust, and they now have a greater selection to choose from.

‘Despite the increase in inventory, it has yet to reach the levels seen during the previous recession.’
