A female staffer at LA Fitness in Lake Worth, Florida, spoke in a calm voice when she made the 911 call as she told the dispatcher: ‘There’s blood all over the place.’

She then could be heard asking Tekashi if he needed a paramedic. He responded in the background: ‘Nah, nah, I’m good.’

Last week, the alleged attackers – Rafael Medina Jr., 43, Anthony Maldonado, 25, and Octavious Medina, 23, were arrested on robbery and assault charges.

In the call obtained by Page Six, the unidentified woman can be heard calling 911 just two minutes after the assault.

‘Some, I think, guys, they just jumped one of the members in the bathroom and there’s, like, blood all over the place,’ the woman says.

The dispatcher asks if a paramedic is needed, which the caller then relays to Tekashi, who is heard in the background: ‘Nah, nah, I’m good.’

When asked if any weapons are involved, she says no and tells the dispatcher that three men beat up the rapper and had left but were in the parking lot.

The caller was not able to give a clear description of the attackers but told the dispatcher that they had security cameras.

The caller told the dispatcher: ‘We have security cameras too, so we can look at them and see if we can see them but I don’t know if you can actually see how they look.’

Tekashi was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Security footage released a few days later showed the minutes just before the group of men ambushed and attacked the rapper.

Three men dressed in black approach the front desk employee who they briefly chat with before they walk directly toward the bathroom where the brutal attack took place.

The group of men who beat him later boasted about the attack on social media.

In videos circulating online, they called him a ‘rat’ who wouldn’t be tolerated in their ‘hood.’

While kicking and punching him, one could be heard yelling to another: ‘Take a picture, take a picture – I am going to be famous now.’

The alleged attackers were arrested on March 31 and Tekashi took to social media to call his assailants ‘nothing but cowardly.’

‘For 2 years I been walking around with no security,’ he captioned a video of the attack. ‘Not saying I promote that BUT now you see I really never hid from anything.’

Tekashi 6ix9ine, known for his rainbow-colored hair and ’69’ tattoo on his forehead, previously faced decades in prison as part of a racketeering case in which he was accused of using a violent gang as a ‘personal hit squad.’

Instead, his sentence was reduced to about two years after his testimony against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, earning him a label as a ‘snitch.’

It was part of a widespread crackdown on gangs in New York, during which nine members of the same gang were taken into custody.

He quickly abandoned his co-defendants, cutting a deal with the prosecution instead and agreeing to be their star witness.

In court, he took the stand to describe the inner workings of the gang and his own ascent through it.

‘We participated in a lot of crimes. Robberies, assaults, drugs,’ he said.

As a result, Anthony Ellison – one of his co-defendants – was sentenced to 24 years in prison.

Tekashi was sentenced to two years in prison in December 2019. By then, he had already completed 13 months.

He was released early in April 2020 and allowed to serve the remainder of his term on house arrest.

He had pleaded with corrections officials to be released, saying he was afraid of contracting COVID behind bars. Since then, he has done little keep a low profile.

He continues to boast about money and women on social media, where he has more than 24million followers, and is still making music.
