Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner's side-by-side Hidden Hills mansions seen in new aerial footage

Khloe Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner’s massive side-by-side mansions located in Hidden Hills are now visible in new aerial images and footage obtained by DailyMail.com.

The mother-daughter duo shelled out a combined $37million to build homes next to one another on the 3.4 acre property that they snapped up in April 2021.

Khloe reportedly paid $17million to build her dream home while Kris spent over $20 million, as reported by Page Six.

Khloe resides in the lighter building while Kris lives in the darker building, both of which have large swimming pools and are surrounded by lush landscaping for optimal privacy.

The new images gives fans of the Kardashian-Jenner family a better look at the impressive properties, which are inclose proximity to the homes own by Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

Kris and Khloe are no strangers to the area as they both previously lived in Hidden Hills as well as neighboring Calabasas over years.

Just one year before going in on the joint lot with Khloe, Kris offloaded her Hidden Hills mansion for a reported $15 million.

Eight months later, Khloe officially sold her Calabasas mansion for $15.5 million which reigns supreme as the highest amount ever paid for a home in the celeb-loved city, according to The Dirt.

Despite a report by TMZ, Khloe and Kris have since moved into their side-by-side mansions. 

Kris first teased her new home in the first season of Hulu’s The Kardashians, with Khloe giving the grand tour.

But although the interior may be complete, the new images shows mild construction being performed in the front of the home to the left of the front entry.

There is a yellow scaffold hovering over a small front patio that reaches the second story window, which is blacked out with a large tarp. 

There are more blacked out windows, temporary wood panels, a folded ladder and other pieces of construction equipment sitting idly just beyond the far left side of the house.

There are solar panels on the roof and striking gray brickwork makeup the chimneys, the front of the home and an accent wall near the driveway.

Khloe and Kris share a spacious driveway with two entrances, though Khloe’s entrance can also lead guests to side area where several of the Good American founder’s cars are currently parked.

They also share a sprawling backyard with only a sparse arrangement of trees creating somewhat of a divider that includes a stone path directly into Khloe’s yard.

Khloe opted for a lighter look for her home by going with a soft gray tile roof and white paint.

Her abode is built in the same asymmetrical U-shape as her mother’s but it’s mirrored.

A cabana just steps away from the narrow swimming pool still has visible decorations for her daughter True’s recent 5th birthday party.

She co-parents True, as well as a baby son, with her love rat ex Tristan Thompson.

The NBA star, 32, reportedly purchased a $12.5million mansion just two miles from Khloe earlier this year.
