The Glazers could bump up their Manchester United asking price even further amid the sale of the Washington Commanders.
According to Sky Sports, with the Washington Commanders receiving bids worth around £5bn, the Glazers may be tempted to increase their £6bn valuation of United.
That’s because, through the Red Devils’ revenue and name value, among other factors, it is a far bigger asset than the NFL franchise.
It could be a significant blow for Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who have so far been reluctant to pay £6bn.
