‘Just a hopeless DISASTER’: Fans blast woeful Everton after being thrashed 4-1 at home by Brighton – with under-pressure manager Frank Lampard looking like a ‘beaten man’ amid calls for ‘#LampardOut’

Fans have scorned Everton after a diabolical performance in a 4-1 home defeat against Brighton.

The Toffees were thrashed at Goodison Park on Tuesday night, with only muted cheers after Demarai Gray’s stoppage-time penalty and boos ringing around the stadium at the final whistle.

And supporters quickly took to Twitter to blast Everton’s performance – and label under-pressure manager Frank Lampard a ‘beaten man’ after a result which sees his side just one point above the relegation zone.
