A plus sized-model raking in ample cash from her curves says internet trolls are the real butt of the joke.
Steph Oshiri, 28, claims she’s making $45,000 a month modeling her natural shape on OnlyFans after quitting her job as a makeup artist.
The Canadian model says she weighs 220 pounds and boasts 36DDD breasts, a 55-inch bottom and a 35-inch waist. She joined the site in 2020 and reportedly reeled in $2,000-$3,000 a month all without showing her face. When she finally revealed her identity, she saw her income skyrocket, thanks to her voluptuous frame.
“I’ve always had a knack for social media and building a following online, paired with my sexual curiosity, confidence, and assets I knew I’d be able to earn big! I knew once I did [went faceless] my income would double or triple,” Oshiri said.
“My body stands out. Obviously, the majority of my audience subscribes to me for my wide hips and bum. I definitely don’t think I would be as successful if my bum was smaller,” she told Jam Press. “I have my 55-inch booty to thank for my $45,000 a month paycheck.”
Oshiri’s newfound career has been lucrative and while many visit her page to worship her – others leave vicious commentary on her sexy photos and videos.
“Online it’s mostly been a mixed reaction,” she said.
“Some are positive and happy to see a plus-size creator thrive in the porn industry. Others, shame me for my body and career choice,” she lamented.
She finds it “funny” that the mastur-haters who visit her page are likely consumers of pornography themselves, yet they still tell her to “get a real job.”
“They are contributing to the demand for sex workers and I’m simply cashing in on it,” she explained.
While her job has been kind to her wallet, it’s been challenging for her psyche at times.
One bully told her she was “seconds away from a heart attack.”
Another said, “doctors must just ‘love me because I keep them in business.’”
“I’ve had people comment 20 times on a single video making fun of me and calling me every name you could imagine,” she shared.
“It’s not a normal thing to receive this type of hate, especially not in the capacity I deal with it.”
Plus-size models may face dangerous curves ahead should they decide to give OnlyFans a go.
“I think most would struggle with it,” she said.
“You have to really want to do this job for that trade-off to be worth it. Your mental health at times will suffer.”
Despite the negativity she faces, Oshiri is ready for her next career milestone.
“My goal is to one day hit the $100,000 per month milestone! I would [also] love to branch out into other forms of entertainment, maybe some plus-size modeling or collaborations with companies,” she said.
“I definitely want to be known for more than just being a sex worker. I would love to one day start my own clothing line or plus-size lingerie!”
In addition to having a popular OnlyFans page, Oshiri frequently goes viral on social media and boasts 90,000 followers on her TikTok alone.
Oshiri – who goes by @stephbabyyy on the video platform – recently posted a clip with over 110,000 likes and 2.7 million views. In the video, she models a dress with fastenings that pop and reveal thigh-high slits. The trolls came out in droves to body-shame her.
“Thunder thighs,” said one butthead.
“I’m gunna be quiet because sis please suffocated me with those thighssss […],” commented another viewer.
“It’s too small. Get a bigger size and have it tailored,” said one user.
But of course, Oshiri has plenty of fans on TikTok who love her body and her confidence.
“Ngl something primal awoke in me then,” said one of her adoring followers.
“God damn you’re gorgeous!” said another.
Oshiri isn’t the only plus-sized model bringing in the big bucks from social media. One woman who was bullied for her belly now makes $12,000 a month by eating for her admirers on OnlyFans. And now women are also getting plastic surgery like butt-lifts to increase the size of their derrieres.
