Three women were found stabbed to death in a New York City home early on Friday morning, and police reported they were all stabbed in the neck.

The women, who were aged 26, 46, and 57, were discovered in the Queens home by a home health aide, the New York Post reported. 

Police are reportedly searching for a family member of one of the women, who fled the home around 5 am. 

The gruesome discovery was made in the Brookeville section of the borough, close to Long Island. 

The trio were found around 10:40 am, and one of the victims was bedridden.

An NYPD spokesperson did not have any further details when contacted by DailyMail.com.
