Harry Styles, Olivia Wilde break up after ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ drama: report

Harry Styles doesn’t seem to live for or long for “Olivia” anymore.

The “Watermelon Sugar” crooner and his girlfriend, Olivia Wilde, have reportedly broken up after nearly two years of dating.

Sources told People on Friday that Styles and Wilde are “taking a break” from their relationship.

“He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in L.A.,” one source told the outlet. “It’s a very amicable decision.”

The source insisted that the two are “still very close friends,” while another insider added, “Right now, they have different priorities that are keeping them apart.”

Reps for Styles and Wilde didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

The split comes after the pair were plagued with drama in the lead up to the release of their film, “Don’t Worry Darling,” over an alleged feud involving co-star Florence Pugh.

Rumors began circulating in July that the “Little Women” star, 26, had a falling out with director Wilde, 38, when she failed to promote the psychological thriller in any real way both publicly and on social media. The speculation worsened when Pugh agreed to appear at only the Venice Film Festival for the movie’s premiere in September and opted out of other promotional appearances.

It’s unclear what exactly sparked the purported feud, but fans believe it had something to do with Shia LaBeouf’s departure from the film. (Styles took over for LaBeouf.)

While Wilde publicly maintained that she had fired LaBeouf, the “Honey Boy” star, 36, later explained that he actually quit. Further proving his point, a leaked video showed Wilde begging LaBeouf to stay on, meaning “Miss Flo” would receive a “wake-up call.”

Pugh’s glam team made it clear that they had seen the video by wearing customized “Miss Flo” T-shirts while preparing her for Venice.

All while Wilde was grappling the Pugh drama, the former “O.C.” star was also dealing with a very nasty split-turned-custody battle with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis. Most fans believed Wilde dumped the “Ted Lasso” star, 47, for Styles, 28, which she denied.

“The complete horses–t idea that I left Jason for Harry is completely inaccurate,” the “Booksmart” director, who shares children Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5, with Sudeikis, told Vanity Fair in her October 2022 cover story.

“Our relationship was over long before I met Harry,” she explained. “Like any relationship that ends, it doesn’t end overnight.”

Page Six broke the news that Styles and Wilde were dating in January 2021 when they stepped out holding hands at the wedding of the former One Direction singer’s manager.
