Prosecutors reveal OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney made $3million total in two years off the site

OnlyFans star Courtney Clenney, who stands accused of killing her boyfriend in April, has earned more than $3 million from the site since 2020, prosecutors said Tuesday as they presented images of the bloody Miami scene to the court.

Prosecutors allege that Clenney made just under $1million on the site in 2020 and a whopping $1.8million in 2021.

Even through the first part of this year, Clenney netted another $327,221, according to the Miami State Attorney’s Office.

Miami prosecutor Khalil Quinan presented the numbers as part of an argument against Clenney making bail. He took the position that her stacked bank account makes her a flight risk who should remain behind bars while awaiting trial.

The bail hearing is expected to continue Wednesday afternoon and will feature the testimony of a medical examiner.

He emphasized that Clenney, 26, wired her father more than $1 million after she fatally stabbed her boyfriend Christian Obumseli. Quinan argued she was attempting to hide assets as the investigation moved forward.

Clenney appeared in court on Tuesday looking puffy-faced, sans her usual eyelashes and brows.

She wore a berry red prison jumpsuit and cried as prosecutors played the 911 call she made after stabbing Obumseli, 27, who lay dying beside her.

Miami Detective Yermaine Briceno testified that he originally believed Clenney had killed Obumseli in self-defense, but fresh evidence altered his assessment.

Briceno told the court that he ‘learned that Christian was always the one trying to calm the situation down.’

‘Based on the messages and everything else. He was always the one getting hurt. And the defendant is the one unable to control herself and hurt him,’ he said.

Clenney, who online went by the name Courtney Tailor, claims she killed Obumseli in self-defense. She has attempted to paint a picture of her deceased partner as a violent and obsessive stalker.

Prosecutors, however, have built a case around an image of Clenney as the primary aggressor in what was a toxic relationship – who thoughtlessly took Obumseli’s life in a fit of rage.

To bolster her self-defense story, Clenney’s attorney previously asked that Obumseli’s corpse be dug up and inspected by a medical examiner.

Quinan’s filing additionally argues that Clenney routinely beat her boyfriend, who worked as a cryptocurrency trader, over the course of their relationship. He told the court Clenney had one time stabbed him in the leg, and sliced his lip with a blade on another occasion.

Attorney Katherine Fernandez said Clenney claimed to have stabbed Obumseli in the chest after he grabbed her by the throat at the Miami apartment in April, according to the Miami Herald.

The torn note from the victim to his girlfriend – photographed in the Miami apartment they lived in together on the night he was killed

You are honestly the sweetest and most annoying woman I know but I would never trade you for anything. We will go back to loving each other like in the beginning, and I will not hesitate to drag you to the aisle. I want to be everything to you. Your boyfriend, your best friend & your life-long partner. The man you trust to put his life on the line for you. I swear Courtney you are worth more than anything I could ever lose for your sake. I do believe that dreams come true, and I would love for to help me fulfill mine – which may be yours also. I truly love you that is why I said I love you so many times daily, which you probably didn’t know why – but I love you so I want to say it. I truly believe you are the one God set aside for me & likewise for you. Baby, you are the recipe when I’m stuck in the toughest situations and the only person I want to share my life with. I remember walking on the trail in Austin & I told you a poem that reminded me of you. Which made me cry and love you so much to the point where I told you to come take a walk during the sunset. The poem/song was called MY PERSONAL SUNSET …

Clenney’s lawyer, Frank Prieto, pointed to several recordings Obumseli made during his frequent fights with his girlfriend that are unflattering of his client.

‘If you know you’re being recorded you’re going to say what you want to say, right?’ he asked the detective. ‘That person has an advantage to know he’s being recorded, yes?’

One clip that prosecutors released appears to show Clenney repeatedly calling Obumseli the n-word as he asks her to calm down.

Clenney said she threw the knife at her boyfriend from more than 10 feet away but Fernandez said the autopsy revealed a deep wound that could only be inflicted from a close distance.

The OnlyFans model was temporarily arrested after cops found her coated in blood on her balcony after the stabbing but was later released because they believed she had acted in self-defense.

It was not until several months later in August that she was arrested in Hawaii – she has been in custody since.

Clenney and Obumseli – who had been dating for less than two years – had been in a tumultuous relationship.

She was arrested for domestic battery in Las Vegas, and police were called to their home in Austin, Texas, on several occasions.

The pair moved to Miami at the beginning of the year and staff and residents of the building where they lived reported multiple domestic disturbance complaints about the couple and even moved to evict them.

Photos released by prosecutors from April 3 show Clenney with bare feet and chipped nails – also covered in blood.

The sweatpants she is photographed wearing are the same as those she was seen wearing in bodycam footage collected by police on the night they responded to her call reporting the stabbing.
