In the first contest between Alvarez and Golovkin the fight ended in a highly controversial draw that many on lookers felt should have been declared Golovkin’s victory.

Alvarez went on to then win the second contest by majority decision when the two faced off in a rematch.

Heading into Saturday’s trilogy fight Alvarez is considered the favorite with some bookmakers listing his odds at -500.
