The further you get into it the more interesting you will start finding a creative project. This will lead you to making a longer commitment to this effort than you had first intended. Actions of a neighbour are unpredictable. You will prefer to keep well out of their way.

An extravagant friend will disagree but you will suggest alternative social arrangements to the ones they put forward. Your idea is to keep costs low. They have other ideas.
